Well, today is the first day of my ME diet 😉

Basically, from the person that devised it –
There are four aspects of diet which commonly cause fatigue namely high carbohydrate, food allergy, gut dysbiosis (wrong bugs in the gut) and chemical overload. This diet tries to address all four of these problems at the same time, since they often co-exist in the same patient

It’s not to lose weight and you don’t lose weight on it. Mainly it comprises of meat (though I’m avoiding that for as long as possible ;)), fish, fruit and veg.

I can go into more detail tomorrow if anyone’s interested 😛

Yay look! Finally reinstalled it 🙂 Anyhow, going into hospital for a couple of days in a few hours so just to say hello and good bye 😉 Don’t worry – nothing serious! I shall be taking my phone and going outside to use it so those of you that know my number feel free to text.

There was yet another meeting about me today (people who know my real name I don’t mind knowing and this and people who don’t won’t know where I live or anything so it’s ok…I think ;)). As per usual no-one from my school turned up, so Harry (fictional name :D) chased it up via SS. He spoke to a four headed alien. \”Are you sure she’s on the roll?\” The alien asked, \”of course she is!\” Replied Harry. *Lady checks* \”Erm…no she’s not…\” *All hell breaks lose ;)*

So to sum up…the school illegally removed me from the roll in December 2000….and we only found out about it today. The stupid thing is that not even everyone in the school knew! So Harry’s rung another place and a few more meetings are going to happen.

The good thing is I might get to go to college this September! Possibly as little as an hour a month if that’s all I can manage.
