I surrender!

My sorting is pretty much finished, really it’s just sorting out my own petz now which doesn’t count 😉 Cannington tomorrow, yay!

Something below 100 (already turned it off for the night) on the desktop and 100 (including litters which are already on TDP) on my laptop! I’ll get a count excluding sorted petz tomorrow if I’m not too tired after Cannington

Excellent!

I had a fab day 🙂 Woke up, watched tv and did all my showdog..etc and I was all finished by about quarter past eleven. Mum wasn’t going to be home till just after 12 so I wandered about the house wasting time 😆 After I’d got ready I went up to the top of the drive and waited. I was so nervous and excited I couldn’t concentrate to do anything else!
We got to Selworthy just after half past twelve, mum dropped me in reception because she had to be back at school (she was teaching today) and didn’t have time to take me any further. I negotiated the hall which was full of the younger ones eating lunch and went up to the classroom.
Their lunch finishes at approximately 12:45 so when I arrived they were just starting pudding.
After lunch I went out into the playground with them (one can’t really refuse a forceful \”come on V!\” from one of the twins ) and it was icky, really windy and fine drizzle. I never bother to tie my hair back so it was getting all knotted and blowing in my face which was annoying. When we came back in it was art (not sure what happened to english social sight – still don’t even know what it is!). They had their initial on a piece of A4 paper and were drawing patterns and things round it – like one of those old celtic letter thingys. Jayne went to blow up something on the photocopier and ended up with several blank pieces of paper, so she brought them back and Phil, Denise and I ended up doing one too! I can’t hold a pen so I did mine with stamps, but I was getting so much ink on my fingers I abandoned the stamps and just used my fingers 😀 As long as the police don’t get hold of it I should be ok…

Moving

God for crying out loud! I curse the spammers and it immediately gets WORSE 😛 Gonna change the URL I think, can I archive my former entries somehow…? Don’t think so…

On a happier and lighter note I’ve added a ton of adoptions to TDP (though not uploaded them yet) and all is going well! I have a problem now though – I’m putting them onto floppy disk as they’re going into the adoptions section of TDP, do I include them in my count or not? *Ponders*

Bloody Spammers

For the last time, I DO NOT want to see naked women and I couldn’t care less about bloody online poker!
*Pulls hair out* I blocked the IP address I got with the texas holdem one today so we’ll see if that helps…

Now you see me

Lufton was really lucky, I promised myself I’d be all sorted before Cannington…I didn’t say a date, I said Cannington 😉 Thus Lufton gave me an extra week, which I definitely need. I’m getting on quite well now and I’d say I’m probably on target! More figures coming tomorrow, cos I can’t be bothered now 😆

I was showing my Canadian friend a couple of pictures of me, and cos I feel like it here are two of them 😉

Me at about 18 months

Me when I was about 5 years old

I really need to start dating my photos 😉 I have one of me when I was 12 that I might show you later if you’re lucky…not that you’d want to see it but still!

Whee!

17 September, 2004

I went to bed really early last night coz everything caught up with me, briefly 😉 I’m very tired today, but survivable.

At about quarter past seven this morning the phone rang, it was Trinity to ask if mum could go into work this morning. She explained I had an appointment at half 10 (at Selworthy) and blah de blah, anyway the end result was that she went in, PE was the first lesson so she took them in the hall, brought them out at 10am, left the assistant in charge whilst they got dressed and then it was assembly then play so that was ok. Then after play the head took them till lunch time.

So mum arrived home just after 10, I was trying to put a jumper on and eat a piece of toast at the same time which was…interesting. We arrived up there in good time, all things considered. As we were in reception (teacher) Di came past (she has non contact time on a Friday morning) and we asked her about going up on a Monday afternoon to help, she said she hadn’t asked Jayne (who does the art on a Monday afternoon) but would as she was in today, then as we were walking to the classroom who should appear but Jayne! So she asked, and that was fine 🙂

When we went into the classroom it was so quiet! Sonia was doing work experience at Safeway and Thomas is in Brighton (he’s back Tuesday, I think) – without those two the silence was incredible 😆 It was wet, so everyone stayed inside during break and the timing was thrown a bit! Everyone was meant to go to the library (it’s just down the road from the school), but when Phil looked at the time it was too late so as Daniel and Robert were happy colouring, Carol took Simon to do some photocopying and Denise (assistant Di was at Safeway with Sonia) took Ashley, Joy and Rachael down to the library and Phil stayed behind.

There’s going to be a mass evacuation in two (including this year) years! Daniel is leaving at the end of this year, then everyone else is 17 and will be 18 this year, so leave at the end of next year. Eight out of nine leaving at once 😮

I had to go as soon as it was time for lunch coz mum had to be back at school. I’m really disorientated and driving everyone mad 😉 I keep thinking today is Monday and I’m going back on Friday…

I was going to have a small rant about television coverage of certain sporting events but I’m too tired to make my brain work so it’ll have to wait 😉

Edit: Oh, and no sorting figures but I have done a little bit of work on it today 🙂 Hopefully be able to give some tomorrow.
