(Please read the entry beneath this too, I posted it a few minutes before this one so you probably haven’t seen it!)

As I remember the weekend was quiet, except for Meg, obviously.

Then on Monday mum, dad and I went to Willowbrook Garden Centre to meet Rachael, Joy (the twins) and their mum, at 11am. We all had a drink in the cafe and then went round looking at all the animals (they have a snoring pig! I think I mentioned that before…) and fish.

Then we went back to the twin’s house and sat round the pool in the garden for (another!) drink and crisps.

We were introduced to Jake the Cocker Spaniel and the two Burmese cats, Fudge and Treacle. They are very affectionate cats who think they’re dogs so Treacle spent a long time lying on my lap; and then Fudge had a turn!

We had a lovely time and have arranged for Sue and the twins to come over in three weeks for a walk and picnic.

Tuesday and Wednesday were uneventful except for Meg (which made it very eventful :(), so I’ll be back tomorrow to fill you in on Thursday and Friday 🙂
