*Achem* Sorry about that ^_~ It’s my lovely labrador Vale’s birthday today…as you probably worked out! She’s 3 today! All cards, presents and birthday greetings can be sent to vale@silversand.org *hint cough*
Oh, and mum and I took her for a birthday walk and it started raining and we got drowned ^_^
Well, it’s just gone midnight…I’m writing this offline to post tomorrow ^_~…I mean today. I’m so incredibly happy! I was in a chatroom earlier, and we were talking about sites. This girl and her site (Splendor) just had her 1st birthday. Then we were talking about visitors, and this other girl (I have no idea of their names! *blushes*) said that Splendor was on a popular petz site’s links page. Anyway, the first girl then said she thought what made it for her was her instant message layout. That really got me thinking. What if I did something not like anything I’ve ever done before…what if I use graphics, lots of graphics…so I played about. I tried using the top bar from IE, but that looked really stupid..then I had this REALLY great idea. But I’m not gonna tell you anything else, cos that’d spoil it ^_~. It’s for TDP btw. Gah I’m so pleased with it!
Ok, I have a busy (for me!) day tomorrow…er, today…so I’d best get some sleep now I’ve started that layout. Night!
Look. I was so darn excited! Pre-order Pre-order! Until you look closely…and see Amazon can only deliver Dogz and/or Catz 5 to the US and Ubi can only deliver to US and Canada. US get it all! *Sobs*At least now there’s a definite date for release…in the US anyway. Oh well…I’ll give it a month or two then see what happens…
Never again. Never again will I have an assesment like that ^_~. Since they came my entire body has been aching so badly =P my memory’s barely existant (as soon as Suzie went I was gonna come on here and tell you what an amazingly great time I had and what we did and how nice she was…but I forgot everything #^_^#), my sleeping is going crazy! I’m waking up earlier again, I keep waking up in the night, it’s hard to get to sleep…*sigh* Oh well, it has to get better soon…and did I mention I have to wear splints on my legs/feet soon?! Wonderful…something else to effect my sleep ^_~
Mmm…mum and I bathed our dog Vale today. It was wet. Apparently she started to smell more doggy than usual (not that I noticed) and she’d been itching a lot. So it was bathtime ^_~. She hasn’t been bathed in over a year, so she was due one. We can’t use our bath, so it’s off into the garden we go, armed with bucket, towel, shampoo and watering can. and dog of course ^_~. Firstly it’s on with the water, somehow more of that managed to go over me than the dog…Then shampooing time. Get Vale, and massage it into her coat. Well, of couse whilst I was doing that she had to lean on me didn’t she. So I got a bit wetter! Then we washed the shampoo off, then dried her. By this time she was nearly dry, my trousers were dark with water – soaked through, and decorated with yellow lab hairs and my top was slightly damp and absoultely covered in lab hairs! To say nothing of my chair…that was wet with hairs too ^_~
Anyhow, she’s now clean, smells great and we got rid of a lot of loose hairs. So it served it’s purpose! However, now she’s refusing to come near us…dad’s turn for a walk tonight, me thinks!
